Description of tasks to be undertaken by the trainee(s)

* Applying knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies
* Participating in brainstorming and planning sessions
* Assisting in organizing and execution of PR events, campaigns etc
* Assisting in organizing promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
* Photographing events or personalities, and note details for photographic captions; ensuring all pictures are appropriate, processed, and ready in time to meet deadlines; preparing and sending digital photographs for newspaper publication to deadline


Profile of Trainee

Qualification: Educational Qualifications/Vocational Training

* Understanding social media channels
* Knowledge of photo production and editing

Personal and Social Skills

* Well-organized, able to work with deadlines
* An analytical mind with attention to detail
* Outgoing and confident

Language Skills

* Communicative English

Information Technology (IT) Skills

* Computer savvy; working knowledge of databases and design software (e.g. Photoshop) is a plus

Other Prerequisites/Skills
