Description of tasks to be undertaken by the trainee(s)

The trainee will:
- Support the maintenance of EDAA’s Customer Relationship Management;
- Assist in responding to company and consumer queries, by use of EDAA’s tools and platforms;
- Support the organisation and follow-up of meetings;
- Participate, where appropriate, at a range of internal and external meetings, conferences, events among industry partners and Institutions;
- Monitor and report on industry initiatives, media and news.
- Learn from a dedicated team of professionals; advance your knowledge and career prospects.
- Other tasks may be agreed which are aimed to support the organisation and add value.


Profile of Trainee

Qualification: Educational Qualifications/Vocational Training

Enrollment at or degree from a school of law, business, advertising, marketing, communications, media, languages, public relations, political science or similar.

Personal and Social Skills

Communicative and open approach.
Flexible team player.
Positive attitude to learn!

Language Skills

Proficient knowledge of both oral and written English.
French is an asset.

Information Technology (IT) Skills

Excellent knowledge of both Office and Google suites.
Proficiency with Adobe suite and CRM (Insightly) is an asset.

Other Prerequisites/Skills

Interest in the digital advertising landscape and online privacy issues is highly appreciated.
