Description of tasks to be undertaken by the trainee(s)

Assistant administrator for Civil Mariiages Office
Main tasks include:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintinaing diaries and arranging appointments
- Preparing paperwork and typing reports
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Organising and servicing meetings with the couples interested to get married
- Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
- Performing administrative tasks
