Description of tasks to be undertaken by the trainee(s)

We are an international creative agency based in Sant Cugat (Barcelona area) and we are currently looking for a self-driven and enthusiastic professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to develop his/her abilities as an IT Support and while working in a dynamic and pleasant environment. Reporting to the Strategic Operations & IT Manager, some of your tasks will be:

• Printers support, configurations of each printer (list of emails, preparation of user manuals)
• Inventories
• IT Manuals / FAQ'S
• Maintenance of computer facilities (network cables, identification of network points, projectors, etc.)
• Small interventions at a hardware level
• Search of potential software / hardware suppliers


Profile of Trainee

Qualification: Educational Qualifications/Vocational Training

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications engineering or related field

Personal and Social Skills

• Proactive and dynamic
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to continue learning
• Self-driven professional with positive attitude
• Versatile

Language Skills

• Fluent English mandatory.
• Spanish would be a plus

Information Technology (IT) Skills

• MS Office is a must
• Printers & Drivers Setup / Configuration
• IT inventory
• SharePoint knowledge would be a plus.
• VMware (virtual machines), would be a plus.
• IT Networks, will be a plus
